H) Nizar Qabani is one of the most Syrian talented and famous poets, his poems are also famous in all countries as they were changed into very beautiful songs.

He was tall with blue eyes, he liked to wear smart clothes and he used to wear a scarf. He has worked as a diplomat and traveled to many countries such as China, Egypt, Lebanon, Iraq and England.

He was born in Damascus and he was the youngest in his family, he studied Law, but his first interest was in writing poetry, he wrote many beautiful poems and he wrote prose too. He wrote wonderful poems about Damascus, he died in London but was buried in Damascus.
